Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

In an effort to provide the College with an automated system for planning and budgeting for the maintenance, renovation and replacement of facilities and building systems, a computerized maintenance management system has been implemented. The CMMS is accessible from any computer with access to the Internet and enables personnel to enter maintenance work requests directly into the program. The College is continuing to increase use and functions of the CMMS system.
