Legal Services Request

All requests for legal services must be submitted using the online Legal Services Request Form.

To request legal services:

• Select the Legal Services Request Form link below. The link will take you to the Artemis: Employee Log On screen — use your employee user name and password to log on.
• In the Artemis Employee Portal, select the link for Legal Services Request Form under the section titled “Employee Resources.”
• Complete and submit the form. Please be sure to attach any relevant documents.

The General Counsel will determine if the matter can be handled in-house or if outside counsel will be needed. If outside counsel is needed, the General Counsel will select the law firm to be utilized and legal services shall be managed by the General Counsel. The request should first be approved by the appropriate dean, director, campus president, or other responsible supervisor before submitting. Under no circumstance should College personnel contact outside attorneys without the express approval of the College’s General Counsel.
