Academic Leadership Council

Role

Serves as an advisory council on academic affairs to the Executive Vice President for Instruction and Student Services and the Campus Presidents. Address common issues, policies, procedures, college-wide initiatives, and new endeavors related to the College’s academic mission. Provides a forum for promoting and enhancing academic excellence at the College. Examines ways to coordinate the administration of academic functions and establishes guidelines for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure consistency across campuses. Makes recommendations to the EVP, who in turn consults with the Campus Presidents, as part of the policy formation and decision-making process related to instruction and student services.
