Academy for Professional Development

The Academy for Professional Development provides opportunities for enhancing and supporting the learning process through applications of learning and motivation research and theory and technology offered through professional development programs for Florida State College at Jacksonville full-time and adjunct faculty and staff. Staff design and support comprehensive training workshops, conferences and seminars and maintain partnerships with four-year institutions for graduate degree programs. The office identifies and creates partnerships with internal and external educational groups, supports new initiatives, and provides professional development transcripts for all College staff.
