Major Initiative Proposals

A major initiative is a project that will require significant College and other financial resources. New major initiatives must be approved by the President’s Cabinet. The process for approval of major initiatives includes submitting a detailed proposal for the initiative and rating of proposals according to a decision matrix. The forms used for submitting and scoring proposals are provided below:
