 North Campus Maintenance and Receiving Welcome to FCCJ North Campus, the "Campus of Choice" Maintenance and Receiving Department. Our department objective is to provide you with quality services and a "can do" attitude to give more than expected. North Campus was built in 1970. It is the primary center for the health related programs such as Nursing, Dental Hygiene and Emergency Medical Services. It also provides programs for Funeral Services, Early Childhood Management, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Business Management, Office Administration and Computer Sciences. Any problems you may have concerning heating, cooling, lighting, plumbing, cleaning and setups for special engagements, we make it happen! Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) CMMS was designed for submitting Customer Requests for Maintenance Department Services using Maximus Facility Focus software.
