Choral Music

Choral Music page
Lend your voice to the beautiful sounds of Florida Community College's choral organizations. The program is designed to give both music majors and non-majors a disciplined background in the art of choral singing. Instrumental Music
Be an instrumental part of the band in one of the most comprehensive community college music programs in the nation. Whether you plan to study music at a university or just want to improve your music skills, Florida Community College has a full repertoire of music opportunities for you. Technical Theatre
Be a part of the magic behind the scenes with Florida Community College's Technical Theatre program. Our program prepares you for a full range of the stagecraft magic that make the actors shine on stage. You'll learn all the tricks of the trade when it comes to lighting, sound, rigging, prop making, set design and more. You will get hands on experience in local theatres, including the College's own Wilson Center for the Arts, one of the most technologically advanced facilities of its kind in the region. Modern Languages

The German Program at FCCJ

The German program at FCCJ is currently offered at South Campus and consists of classes in German language and culture (GER1120 and GER 1121: Beginning German I and II) as well as in Humanities (HUM2472: Intercultural Explorations Germany).
The goal of the program is to promote the benefits of getting acquainted with the culture and language of German speaking countries, i.e. Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in the European and global context. more >>>

The Spanish Program at FCCJ

The Spanish program at FCCJ is currently offered at South Campus and consists of classes in Elementary Spanish I and II (SPN 1120 ; SPN 1121) as well as Intermediate Spanish I (SPN 2200 ) Intermediate Spanish II (SPN 2201).
The goal of the program is to have our students to become proficient in their use of the Spanish Language as well as to promote the benefits of getting acquainted with the Hispanic culture. For more information call 904-646-2318. more >>>

The French Program at FCCJ

FCCJ Foreign Language department offers eight credit hours in French language, FRE 1120 and FRE 1121, as well as the optional more advanced levels FRE 2200 and FRE 2201, required by some particular universities to transfer to a Florida public university. The classes cover the four skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. more >>>

Visual Arts
Make the world your canvas with visual arts courses at Florida Community College. You can express your artistic talent in a wide range of disciplines from drawing and painting to ceramics and sculpture. Or try your artistic hand at printmaking, computer art or photography.
