• Library - Purchase Request for Materials

This form is used to request materials to be added to the South Campus Library collection (as funds are available). Print the form for specific directions and/or contact a Librarian (646-2179) for assistance.

A list of new materials which have been added to the South Campus collection will be posted here monthly. Use the Library Purchase Request for Materials form and see items for YOUR students added!
