BRC 0300 Fundamentals of Member Services/Credit Union
In this customized course, students will quickly be able to function efficiently on the job as new Credit Union employees. Credit Union representatives will be strengthened in their every day contact with credit union members. This course will provide an increased understanding of terminology and regulations applicable to credit unions, demonstrate security procedures and detecting of fraud; and enhance skills for effective communication with credit union members and coworkers.
