Coach’s Evaluation

Krystal began her freshman year with great potential due to her unbelievable athletic abilities. She is a great jumper and she is really fast. Unfortunately she contracted a case on mono and was out a good deal of the season with this illness. When she came back to the team she was weak and a little behind, but she showed great team spirit and enthusiasm by continually supporting her teammates and being a positive force on the bench.

This season Krystal has returned healthy but is still one player behind the starting lineup at middle blocker. She has tremendous blocking ability and her attack skills are beginning to be a force at the net. She will see more action in the second half of this season and she has yet to come close to reaching her full potential. In the next two years she could be an amazing player.

Krystal has great work ethic and a wonderful personality. She worked a job all summer and in the spring season at Publix to support herself. She is an independent student and has shown great maturity and determination in pursuing her education and volleyball career in spite of some personal set backs. She does not let anything keep her from these goals and she is an excellent student in the classroom. Krystal will be a great asset to any program.
