FCCJ Supervisory Series provides comprehensive leadership training

Florida Community College Continuing Education will offer training to help front-line supervisors improve their leadership skills. The Supervisory Leadership Series will meet on Wednesdays, Jan. 21 – March 10, from 1 to 4 p.m. at FCCJ Urban Resource Center, 601 W. State St.   

The series covers topics such as: Leadership and Management; Workplace Motivation; Effective Delegation; Managing Change; Time Management and Goal Setting; Effective Communication; Job Performance; and Dealing with Workplace Problems.

Tuition for the series is $275. Individual modules cost $39. Students who enroll in the full series receive a discount equivalent to one free module. An FCCJ certificate will be awarded upon completion of the series.

Registration is currently underway. Students may enroll online at www.fccj.edu at any FCCJ Enrollment Services Office or by telephone. First-time FCCJ students must complete an application and pay a one-time $15 membership fee.
