Florida Community College offers automotive careers information session June 23
Short-term training and associate degree programs lead to high-wage careers

Florida Community College is offering an automotive information session June 23 at the College’s Advanced Technology Center (ATC). Programs represented include Automotive Service Technology; General Motors-Automotive Student Education Program (GM-ASEP); Ford Maintenance and Light Repair (MLR); Heavy-Duty Truck and Bus-Diesel Technology; and Automotive Collision and Repair.

The information session is for prospective students looking for technical training and education. Offering both certificates and degrees, this hands-on technical education from industry veterans leads to careers that pay well and are in high demand. Also available will be information on financial aid and tips for adults re-entering school. Scholarship and internship opportunities are available too.

The ATC is located at 401 W. State St. adjacent to Florida Community College’s Downtown Campus. For a reservation or for more information call 904.633.5901.
