SRA II planning is done, but Dr. Wallace has not met with APC leadership yet. He said he expects to keep everyone employed through the current fiscal year.

Committees: College-wide, Campus-level and Screening Committees
College-wide and campus-level committees won’t soon be meeting because there won’t be many new initiatives for a while. Career employees must be on screening committees if the position is above a certain level.

Communication: CEOV minutes posted, HR monthly update and Administrative/Career
Actions taken at CEOVs will be posted next to the agenda items on the Web site. Updates on state funding and from Human Resources will be included on subsequent agendas.
Administration

Academic Calendars: 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11
Academic calendars for 2008-09 (revision), 2009-10, and 2010-11 are going to the Board for approval in March 2008.

State Funding
There will be special legislative sessions called. Another cut in 2008-09 appropriations should be expected. College is currently doing a 29-month emergency budget planning.

APMs and rules for discussion by Human Resources
Dr. Arab discussed (1) Criminal History Record, (2) Authority to Hire, and (3) Discrimination, Harassment or Retaliation. Authority to Hire is going to March Board.
