Policies and Procedures Florida Community College at Jacksonville has become Florida State College at Jacksonville pursuant to Section 1000.21(3), Florida Statutes (2009). Florida Community College at Jacksonville’s Policies and Procedures found in the Rules of the District Board of Trustees and Administrative Procedure Manual apply in their entirety to Florida State College at Jacksonville. The Policies and Procedures are under review and will be updated and revised to reflect the College’s name change.
