The Cecil Center was developed to provide residents of Jacksonville’s Westside with a convenient and comprehensive thigher educational facility where students can earn an associate degree, upgrade their work-related skills, and enrich their lives through life-long learning. It is our intention to serve the needs of Westside business and industry, enhance the oportunities of community members for professional and personal development, and become a center for cultural events as the Westside grows. The Cecil Center is conveniently located at the intersection of Normancy Boulevard and New World Avenue.
