Information Technology Support Specialist (Help Desk) (6201)
  The Information Technology Support Specialist certificate provides a beginning level of technical training for individuals seeking positions in technical help desk positions. Students graduating from this program should be qualified to fill help desk technical support positions in any size company. Common job titles for which this degree prepares students include: product support specialist, help desk specialist and technical support specialist.
