
Financial Para-planner (6010)
This Financial Para-planner certificate prepares
students for employment in the financial planning industry by providing
the necessary skills needed to advance beyond a clerical position in a
financial planners office. This program focuses on broad transferable
skills and stresses understanding and demonstration of the following elements
of the financial planning process: Fundamentals of Financial Planning,
Principles of Insurance, Investment Planning, Retirement Planning and
Employee Benefits.
Estimated tuition is $760 (for Florida residents, as of 7/05). Contact the program manager for additional costs (fees, materials and textbooks).
