Technical Certificate

Information Technology Support Specialist (Help Desk) (6201)

You can soon answer calls for assistance at the IT help desk with ease. By earning your IT Support Specialist certification, you’ll have the up-to-date knowledge and hands-on training you need to become a well-paid product support specialist, help desk specialist or technical support specialist in any size company. Resolving employees' computer problems is very rewarding work with a bright future.

Articulation
All courses in this technical certificate apply to the Computer Information Technology (Help Desk and Technical Support) A.S./A.A.S. degree.

Cost
Estimated tuition is $1,150 (for Florida residents, based on fees as of 7/05). Contact the program manager for additional costs (textbooks, fees, materials).
