Analyst (Help Desk) (6202)
The Information Technology Analyst certificate
provides training for individuals seeking positions in technical
help desk positions. You can apply your skills to the needs of
large or small businesses and organizations. Your education and
training will prepare you for a great job as a product support
specialist, help desk specialist or technical support specialist.
All courses in this technical certificate apply to the Computer
Information Technology (Help Desk and Technical Support) A.S./A.A.S.
degree.
Estimated tuition is $1,700 (for Florida residents, based on fees
