Real Estate Sales Agent (5733) Workforce Certificate Assist clients in renting, buying, and selling property by becoming a real estate sales agent. This can be a very lucrative, exciting career. The program prepares you for state licensure testing and covers license law, real estate brokerage operations, agency and ethics, federal and state housing laws, titles, deeds and ownership restrictions.
