FSS 2942 Culinary Management Internship I — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: FSS 1202. Students will participate in work related experience in the food service industry. Student interns will demonstrate occupational preparation and work habits as prescribed from course theories and labs. Twenty contact hours: one-half hour (one hour every other week) lecture, ten field experience hours. (CBE) A.S., A.A.S.
