ACG 2680 Introduction to Forensic Accounting — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: ACG 2021. This course will introduce the nature and scope of financial crimes against organizations, with a view towards detection, prevention and deterrence. The topics covered will include cash larcenies, check tampering, skimming, payroll and expense reimbursement schemes, inventory thief, corruption, bribery, conflict of interests, and fraudulent financial statements.
