IND 2155 Fundamentals of Restoration and Preservation — 3 Credit Hours

This course is designed to introduce students to the design and restoration of older houses. It reviews all the steps necessary to successfully restore a house from preliminary financial and planning problems through the interior and exterior restoration, with the emphasis on how it should look and how it should work.
