 Courses College Credit Courses DEH 1802 Clinical Dental Hygiene II — 1 Credit Hour Prerequisites: DEH 1800 and DEH 1800L. Corequisite: DEH 1802L. This course includes theoretical material related to practice in Dental Hygiene Clinic II. It includes topics and discussions involving more complex clinic cases with specialized care in the theory of ultrasonics and air polishing. The theory of pain control involving complex cases and planning dental hygiene care is emphasized. Care of dental implants is included. One contact hour. A.S., A.A.S.
