 Courses College Credit Courses HIM 1110 Health Data Concepts — 2 Credit Hours Prerequisites: HSC 1531 and CGS 1570. Corequisite: HIM 1300. This course provides in-depth presentation of the origin, uses, standards, content, format, access and retention of data across the health care continuum including both paper and electronic health records; and forms and screen design and control. Health care indexes and registers are also discussed. Two contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
