HSA 2110 Organizational Management — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: AA/AS Degree or higher. This course explores the customary activities of the manager. Content areas include planning, organizing, decision making, staffing and budgeting. Students will learn proven management concepts, techniques, models, and tools for managing individuals or teams with skill and ease. Three contact hours (distance learning).
