 Courses College Credit Courses PLA 2240 Alternative Dispute Resolution — 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: PLA 1003. This course will focus on alternative dispute resolution techniques as a way of resolving legal conflicts. Negotiation, arbitration and mediation will be studied with emphasis on mediation due to its extensive application in the U.S. and particularly Florida. Three contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
