DES 0501 Practice Management

Prerequisites: High school diploma or GED, and DEA 0023. This course is a study of the various practice management procedures which include reception procedures, telephone techniques, appointment book control, inventory control, and purchasing, filing systems, bookkeeping and banking procedures and tax records, legal and ethical aspects of dentistry.
