PMT 0135 Gas Tungsten Arc Non-Ferrous Metals

This course is designed to give students the required skills to make quality welds using the GTAW process in the flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions on the stainless steel and aluminum. The instruction will be individualized and will consist of classroom instruction and laboratory assignments. Students will use information contained in the textbook, workbook, video tapes and instruction and demonstrations by the instructor to complete the assignments. Students must purchase the textbook, workbook and all personal equipment.
