REE 0042 Real Estate Broker

Prerequisite: REE 0047. Students must be licensed Florida Real Estate sales agents prior to becoming a broker. This course is a Florida Real Estate Commission approved course preparing students to take the state exam. The course covers topics such as getting started in the real estate brokerage business, valuing real property, listing and selling real property, and specialties.
