Graduation Information for Summer Term 2008(3) (May 5, 2008–Aug. 22, 2008)

  1. Students are responsible for determining that all graduation requirements are complete and have no outstanding financial obligation to the college.
  2. Students must complete requirements for the College-level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) and Information Literacy Assessment (ILAS).
  3. Students must have registered for all classes that are needed to complete graduation requirements by the “Last Registration Day” of C8 session, July 6, 2008.
  4. Letters will be mailed during the week of July 15, 2008 to students who have been identified as “potential term graduates.”
  5. To assure that students have met the academic requirements, it is highly recommended you log in to Artemis/Connections and under “My Academic History,” select “My Programs of Study/Degree Audit” and display the correct degree audit (Program Name). If the “Graduation Status Message” states that you may not graduate, see an academic adviser for assistance.
  6. Students who meet graduation requirements at the end of each term will be automatically graduated.
  7. The degree message will be reflected on students’ transcripts by Aug. 29, 2008.
  8. Diplomas will be mailed to students within six weeks of Aug. 29, 2008.
